SHIPPING
Shipping costs within Italy are €6.00. We do not ship to Livigno and Campione d'Italia. There are no shipping costs for orders within Italy over €99.00.
Shipping to Europe costs €15.00. Shipping to Russia, the United States, Asia, and Africa costs €25.00.
For purchases outside these areas, please Contacts for a personalized quote.
Users who wish to receive the goods by cash on delivery will see a €5.00 surcharge added to their total purchase.
WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS
• All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received: unused, unwashed or altered and with all tags attached.
• Items must be returned to Orsola Mainardis Dorsoduro 394 30123 Venice Italy in a single package
• Customized products cannot be returned.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND
Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 working days of receiving the goods, as provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the above-mentioned deadline, a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:

The notice of withdrawal may also be sent, within the same deadline, by telegram, telex, email, and fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following forty-eight hours.
Registered mail is considered sent in due time if delivered to the accepting post office within the same timeframe. However, acknowledgement of receipt is not an essential requirement for proving the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Within the same 14-day period from receipt of the goods, the buyer is required to return the purchased goods.
For the purposes of the deadline, the goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the accepting post office or to the forwarding agent.
The substantial integrity of the product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
The only costs owed by the buyer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods (shipping costs).
If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with these contractual conditions, Orsola Mainardis Jewels di Orsola M. will refund the purchaser the sums paid as quickly as possible and, in any case, pursuant to Article 67 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, within 14 days of the date the goods are returned. The sums are considered refunded within the terms provided they are actually returned, shipped, or re-credited with a value date no later than the expiration of the indicated 14-day period.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Orsola Mainardis Jewels di Orsola M. will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the latter the shipping costs again.
